Northern Vietnam Highlights 6 days 5 nights

DAY 1 : NOI BAI AIRPORT – HANOI STREET FOOD TOUR  (D)

Meet and greet by our driver at the arrival hall of Noi Bai International Airport and transfer to the hotel for check in. By 17.00, our tour guide will take you out for a walking tour to learn more about Hanoi history and cuisine. Your trip to Vietnam is incomplete without experiencing the street food like the local people. You will taste and sample many favorite dishes of Hanoi from spring roll to noodles, from grilled meat balls to BBQ bread.

Overnight in Hanoi.

DAY 2: HANOI – HOA LU – TRANG AN ECO-TOURISM – MUA CAVE – HANOI 

07h30 – 8h00: Get picked up by our friendly guide then depart for NinhBinh province

09h15: Have a short break for 15 – 20 minutes to relax

10h30: Visit Hoa Lư ancient capital of Vietnam between 968 and 1010. You have a chance to learn about Vietnamese history in the feudal system under Dinh, Le and Ly Dynasty

11h45: Have buffet lunch in the restaurant with a lot of local foods such as: goat meat, fried rice….

Vegetarian foods are always available in the buffet lunch

13h00: Visit Trang An where is recognized by UNESCO as The world Heritage Site in 2014. Trang An has the wonderful tunnel cave system so that Kong’s Movie Group chose this place for New Version of Kong in 2016 – “ Skull Island”. With 2.5 hours for the boat trip, you will persuaded by the beauty here.

15h30: Get back to Limousine Bus then leave for Mua Cave (Dancing Cave). Walk up almost 500 steps, you can reach to the top of Lying Dragon Mountain & have an amazing panoramic view of Tam Coc from here

16h30: Get on the bus to return to Hanoi

18h30 – 19h00: Get dropped off at Hotel in HanoI

You have time with dinner

DAY 3 : HANOI- MAICHAU-LAC VILLAGE – OVERNIGHT IN HOTEL (B,L,D)

7:30-8:00 – Pickup at your hotel in the Old Quarter in our comfortable van
10:00 – Short break
11:30-12:00 – Scenic photo stop of Mai Chau valley/arrive in Mai Chau
12:15 – Traditional lunch in local village (vegetarian available)
14:30-17:00 – Bicycle ride with local tour guide, see farmers working in fields, locals weaving scarves and visit surrounding  peaceful villages.
17:00-19:00 – Free time for bicycling, walking, shopping
19:00 – Enjoy the Dinner
20:00 – Watch Thai traditional dance in the stilt house
Enjoy Tradidional alcohol (ruou can) with the community

 

DAY 4: MAI CHAU – HANOI (B,L,D)

7:30-8:30 – Wakeup and eat breakfast
8:30-11:30 – Hike to 1000 Step Cave and
local market
12:15 – 15:00 – Lunch and free time to relax
15:30 – Get on the van/bus to drive back to Hanoi.

19:00 – Arrive in Hanoi Old quarter. Drop you off at your hotel

DAY 5 : HANOI – HA LONG BAY (L, D)

08:00  Hotel or private address pick up with our shuttle bus. Short break half way.

12:30  Arrive Ha Long Bay, transfer by tender to the Seasun cruise, and enjoy welcome drinks. Check in your cabin and enjoy a real Vietnamese lunch while beginning your sail through the fairy land of Ha Long Bay, passing by Stone Dog islet, Incense Burner islet, Fighting Cocks, Swan islet, and Duck islet…

15:00  Explore Sung Sot “amazing” cave with millions of surprising stalactites and stalagmites for 45   minutes.

16:00  Cruising to Titov Island. Go swimming and relax at the beach or climb up to the top of the mountain for a panorama view of Halong bay.

18:00  Enjoy the complimentary sunset party on the sundeck with wine and fresh fruits.

19:00  Dinner is served in the cruise’s restaurant.

21:00  Retire to your cabin, have a drink at the bar, sing karaoke, join the fishing excursion or play exciting games.

Sleep on the cruise.

 

DAY 6 : HA LONG BAY – HANOI (B, L)

07:00  Breakfast will be served in the cruise’s restaurant.

08:00  Enjoy kayaking to discover Halong beauty.

09:30  Check out your cabin and relax on the cruise while sailing on the bay.

10:00  Join cooking class demonstration (teaching you how to make our speciality, Spring rolls) on the cruise.

10:45  Lunch is served on the cruise (or at a local restaurant).

11:45  Disembark at the harbor, Ha Long city. Take our shuttle bus to return Hanoi.

17:00  Arrive back your hotel or home.
